Double-corn Cornbread

Ingredients

- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup corn kernel (cooked or canned)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 pour all ingredients into big bowl, and mix thoroughly.
- 3 grease a 41/2-inch by 81/2 inch loaf pan.
- 4 pour mixture into pan.
- 5 bake for 45 minutes or until golden-brown.
