Double-corn Cornbread

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup corn kernel (cooked or canned)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 2 pour all ingredients into big bowl, and mix thoroughly.
  • 3 grease a 41/2-inch by 81/2 inch loaf pan.
  • 4 pour mixture into pan.
  • 5 bake for 45 minutes or until golden-brown.
