Poco Pepper Snacks (crescent Rolls)

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons green chilies, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons black olives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion, minced
  • 5 drops tabasco sauce
  • 8 ounces refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for the crescent rolls.
  • 2 pull crescent rolls apart into 4 rectangles (instead of the usual 8 triangles, just press the seam together to seal it so that it won't come apart when you bake it).
  • 3 spread 1/4 of the mixture onto each rectangle.
  • 4 roll up each rectangle (must be rolled the long way) and slice it into 10 slices.
  • 5 spray a cookie sheet with pam (or other spray) and lay out the slices like cookies.
  • 6 bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
