Ingredients
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 4 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 place ingredients in bread machine according to manufactures directions.
- 2 select manual setting, or dough cycle, remove after rise cycle.
- 3 roll out to fit a 16 to 18 pizza pan.
- 4 prepare with you favorite pizza toppings.
- 5 bake 375 degrees 20- 30 minutes or until crust is a light brown and cheese is melted.
