Pizza Crust

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 package yeast (dry)
  • 1 cup warm water (105 to 115 deg)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve yeast in warm water, in bowl.
  • 2 stir in flour, oil and salt.
  • 3 beat well till well blended.
  • 4 cover and let rest for 20 min.
  • 5 grease two cookie sheets or two 12inch pizza pans.
  • 6 divide dough in half.
  • 7 pat onto cookie sheet or pan with floured fingers.
  • 8 prick dough a bit with fork, bake for about ten min, till just starts to brown.
  • 9 remove from oven and add your pizza sauce and toppings.
  • 10 then bake additional 15 to 20 min.
