Pizza Crust

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 package yeast (dry)
- 1 cup warm water (105 to 115 deg)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Recipe
- 1 dissolve yeast in warm water, in bowl.
- 2 stir in flour, oil and salt.
- 3 beat well till well blended.
- 4 cover and let rest for 20 min.
- 5 grease two cookie sheets or two 12inch pizza pans.
- 6 divide dough in half.
- 7 pat onto cookie sheet or pan with floured fingers.
- 8 prick dough a bit with fork, bake for about ten min, till just starts to brown.
- 9 remove from oven and add your pizza sauce and toppings.
- 10 then bake additional 15 to 20 min.
