Pita Bread (egyptian And Greek)

Total Time: 1 hr 12 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 500 g flour
  • 15 g dried yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 mix the ingredients with 3 deciliter (1 1/2 c?) lukewarm water and knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  • 2 put the dough in an oiled bowl and let it rise one and a half hour. divide into 12 balls.
  • 3 roll the balls out to flat thin circles. let them rise 45 more minutes.
  • 4 bake 10-15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. .
