Pepperoni Rolls

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 12 rhodes dinner rolls or 1 loaf rhodes bread dough, thawed to room temperature
- 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 4 ounces pepperoni
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 spray board or counter with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2 roll combined rolls or loaf into 12x16-inch rectangle.
- 3 spread sauce over dough and sprinkle with oregano and basil.
- 4 top with pepperoni and cheese.
- 5 starting with long side, roll up jelly-roll style.
- 6 cut into 12 rolls.
- 7 place in a sprayed 9x13-inch baking pan.
- 8 sprinkle rolls with parmesan cheese.
- 9 cover with sprayed plastic wrap.
- 10 let rise until double in size.
- 11 remove wrap.
- 12 bake at 350°f for 15-20 minutes.
