Pat's Biscuits

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 4 cups flour
  • 6 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup solid crisco
  • 2 cups milk

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour, baking powder an salt with whisk.
  • 2 add crisco and cut in with pastry blender. (a fork will work also, but the pastry blender is much easier).
  • 3 add milk. stir to make dough.
  • 4 roll out on floured surface to about 1 inch thick.
  • 5 cut with biscuit cutter.
  • 6 bake 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
