Orange Sour Cream Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut, finally shredded
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 orange, zest of, grated
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 orange, juice of
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 dough: dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • 2 to yeast and water mixture, add sugar, salt, eggs, sour cream and butter. beat in flour in until smooth. start with 2-3/4 cup and add the rest if necessary.
  • 3 roll dough as for jelly roll and spread with filling; then roll up and slice. put slices cut side up in pan. let rise until double,
  • 4 bake in 375 oven 25-30 minutes.
  • 5 glaze: cook all ingredients on medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring all the time. prepare as soon as rolls come out of oven.
  • 6 pour glaze over rolls while they are still hot.
