Orange Sour Cream Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup coconut, finally shredded
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 orange, zest of, grated
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 orange, juice of
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 dough: dissolve yeast in warm water.
- 2 to yeast and water mixture, add sugar, salt, eggs, sour cream and butter. beat in flour in until smooth. start with 2-3/4 cup and add the rest if necessary.
- 3 roll dough as for jelly roll and spread with filling; then roll up and slice. put slices cut side up in pan. let rise until double,
- 4 bake in 375 oven 25-30 minutes.
- 5 glaze: cook all ingredients on medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring all the time. prepare as soon as rolls come out of oven.
- 6 pour glaze over rolls while they are still hot.
