Orange-marmalade Rye Bread

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sourdough starter (proofed)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon yeast

Recipe

  • 1 put ingredients into bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
  • 2 use the light setting if baking in the bm.
  • 3 if baking in the oven.
  • 4 remove after dough cycle.
  • 5 place into greased loaf pan and let rise.
  • 6 bake 350 deg. for 30-40 minute.
  • 7 great toasted with butter.
