Orange-marmalade Rye Bread

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sourdough starter (proofed)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1 cup rye flour
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon yeast
Recipe
- 1 put ingredients into bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- 2 use the light setting if baking in the bm.
- 3 if baking in the oven.
- 4 remove after dough cycle.
- 5 place into greased loaf pan and let rise.
- 6 bake 350 deg. for 30-40 minute.
- 7 great toasted with butter.
