Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup apple, chopped
Recipe
- 1 bake in two family-size soup cans, 2/3 full, or a 46 oz. juice can.
- 2 grease cans before filling.
- 3 bake at 350°f for 1 hour.
