Ingredients

- 5 cups mashed potatoes (or riced)
- 1/2 cup cream
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- salt
Recipe
- 1 mix potatoes and cream well.
- 2 add melted butter, flour, and salt and mix well.
- 3 roll out a small piece at a time into a circle as thin as possible.
- 4 fry until lightly browned, turn and brown other side.
