Minnesota Lefse

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 5 cups mashed potatoes (or riced)
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix potatoes and cream well.
  • 2 add melted butter, flour, and salt and mix well.
  • 3 roll out a small piece at a time into a circle as thin as possible.
  • 4 fry until lightly browned, turn and brown other side.
