Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/3 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Recipe
- 1 set oven to 450. combine all ingredients until dough forms. divide into 12 equal pieces and place on baking sheet (no need to grease).
