Lori's Flour 13

Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3 1/2 cups barley flour
  • 3 cups oat flour
  • 2 1/2 cups rye flour
  • 2 cups buckwheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups soy flour
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat gluten
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ (toasted)
  • 1/4 cup cracked wheat (ground, toasted)
  • 1/4 cup almonds (ground, toasted)
  • 1/4 cup flax seed (ground, toasted)
  • 1/4 cup millet (ground, toasted)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all well.
  • 2 store a small amount in a jar at room temperature.
  • 3 keep remaining in a well sealed jar in the freezer. will keep for several months.
