Ingredients
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 1/2 cups barley flour
- 3 cups oat flour
- 2 1/2 cups rye flour
- 2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups soy flour
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup wheat gluten
- 1/4 cup wheat germ (toasted)
- 1/4 cup cracked wheat (ground, toasted)
- 1/4 cup almonds (ground, toasted)
- 1/4 cup flax seed (ground, toasted)
- 1/4 cup millet (ground, toasted)
Recipe
- 1 combine all well.
- 2 store a small amount in a jar at room temperature.
- 3 keep remaining in a well sealed jar in the freezer. will keep for several months.
