- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Recipe
- 1 combine dry ingredients.
- 2 add egg and milk.
- 3 stir well.
- 4 should be the consistency of bread batter.
- 5 if too thin add more corn meal or flour.
- 6 drop by teaspoonful into hot grease.
- 7 cook until brown.
