Finnish Cardamom Sour Cream Cake

Ingredients

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 drops almond extract
- 3 cups flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
Recipe
- 1 combine eggs, sour cream, sugar and almond extract.
- 2 add mixed dry ingredients gradually.
- 3 pour into a buttered bundt pan that has been dusted with granulated sugar or cookie crumbs.
- 4 bake at 350f for about 1 hour.
- 5 cool 5 - 10 minutes before turning out of pan.
- 6 sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
