Finger Lakes Grape Bread

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups grape skins
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 f.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except grape skins.
- 3 when well-blended, gently fold in grape skins.
- 4 pour batter into 2 well-oiled 9x5-inch loaf pans.
- 5 bake 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
- 6 let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan.
