Easy Hazelnut Muffins

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 12 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unbleached flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 toasted hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup low-fat milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425f and prep. muffin pan with 12 paper liners.
  • 2 in a large bowl combine the first 4 ingredients.
  • 3 in a medium bowl, beat the egg lightly then stir in the melted butter and milk. add to the dry mix all at once and stir until just blended.
  • 4 fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 20-25 minutes (or until brown).
