Easy Hazelnut Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups unbleached flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 toasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup low-fat milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425f and prep. muffin pan with 12 paper liners.
- 2 in a large bowl combine the first 4 ingredients.
- 3 in a medium bowl, beat the egg lightly then stir in the melted butter and milk. add to the dry mix all at once and stir until just blended.
- 4 fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 20-25 minutes (or until brown).
