Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons caraway seeds
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
- 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
Recipe
- 1 put ingredients in large bowl and stir well.
- 2 grease black iron frying pan.
- 3 pour batter into pan.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- 5 remove from pan.
- 6 cover with towel until cool.
