Cranberry Scones

Ingredients

- 2 cups flour (at least)
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk (scant)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
Recipe
- 1 combine dry ingredients.
- 2 cut in butter.
- 3 combine wet ingredients.
- 4 mix dry and wet together, just until wet.
- 5 fold in cranberries.
- 6 spoon mixture into greased a scone pan, or into muffin tins, or spoon by tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet.
- 7 bake in a 400* oven 20-25 minutes.
