grandma's meatloaf

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 egg

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins Ready Time: 1 hr

  • preheat oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c).
  • in a large bowl, combine the ground beef, sausage, bread crumbs, onion, mushrooms, soup and egg. mix together well and place in a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
  • bake at 375 degrees f (190 degrees c) for 50 minutes.
