• 1 1/8 cups orange juice
• 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 1/2 tablespoons caraway seeds
• 1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest
• 1 1/3 cups rye flour
• 2 cups bread flour
• 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
