Passover Doughnuts

Ingredients
- Servings: 20
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup matzo meal
- 3 eggs
- cinnamon-sugar mixture
- chopped nuts (optional)
Recipe
- 1 bring water, salt, sugar and oil to a boil.
- 2 stir in matzo meal.
- 3 remove from flame, cool slightly.
- 4 beat in eggs, one at a time.
- 5 grease hands and roll dough into balls 2- inches in diameter.
- 6 sprinkle tops with mixture of sugar and cinnamon (and nuts).
- 7 dip finger in cold water and press a hole in center of each ball.
- 8 place on greased cookie sheet.
- 9 bake at 375 degrees f for one hour.
