Easy Gluten-free Waffles (using A Packaged Bread Mix)

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups gluten-free bread mix
  • 1 cup milk (i use soy)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil

Recipe

  • 1 beat all ingredients to a smooth batter.
  • 2 use 1/2 cup batter for each waffle. use a spoon if necessary to spread the mixture into your waffle iron.
  • 3 add more milk if the mixture is too thick.
  • 4 cook until done. should take a few minutes each.
  • 5 note: waffles will freeze well. wrap in cling-wrap or use resealable bags. use a layer of greaseproof paper or baking paper between waffles so that they dont freeze together.
