Easy Gluten-free Waffles (using A Packaged Bread Mix)

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cups gluten-free bread mix
- 1 cup milk (i use soy)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
Recipe
- 1 beat all ingredients to a smooth batter.
- 2 use 1/2 cup batter for each waffle. use a spoon if necessary to spread the mixture into your waffle iron.
- 3 add more milk if the mixture is too thick.
- 4 cook until done. should take a few minutes each.
- 5 note: waffles will freeze well. wrap in cling-wrap or use resealable bags. use a layer of greaseproof paper or baking paper between waffles so that they dont freeze together.
