Injera

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 cups seltzer water or 2 cups club soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe

  • 1 mix ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 2 mix until its a liqudy consistency.
  • 3 heat large skillet over med/high heat.
  • 4 add small amount of cooking spray.
  • 5 pour a thin layer of mixture into the pan.
  • 6 cook until spongy and cooked through.
