Ingredients
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (105* to 115*)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups flour
Recipe
- 1 dissolve yeast in warm water;.
- 2 add oil and salt.
- 3 mix in flour.
- 4 blend well.
- 5 knead for 10 minutes.
- 6 let rise until double in size.
- 7 pat in greased pans.
- 8 top with pizza sauce and your favorite toppings.
- 9 bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 425* oven.
- 10 makes 3 to 4 pizza crusts.
