Low Fat Banana Roll

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 mix toghether all batter ingredients.
  • 2 spray cookie sheet with non fat pam spray, lay wax paper over top, and spray wax paper with non fat pam spray.
  • 3 pour batter onto cookie sheet, and spread evenly.
  • 4 cook in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
  • 5 take out of oven when toothpick inserted into center of bread comes out clean.
  • 6 place a dish towel over the top of pan and flip bread onto dish towel.
  • 7 remove wax paper.
  • 8 roll bread into the dish towel.
  • 9 let cool.
  • 10 combine filling ingredients together, and once bread is cooled, spread over entire bread.
  • 11 roll together (without dish towel) and chill.
  • 12 slice and eat!
