Low Fat Banana Roll

Ingredients

- 3 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese
- 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 mix toghether all batter ingredients.
- 2 spray cookie sheet with non fat pam spray, lay wax paper over top, and spray wax paper with non fat pam spray.
- 3 pour batter onto cookie sheet, and spread evenly.
- 4 cook in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
- 5 take out of oven when toothpick inserted into center of bread comes out clean.
- 6 place a dish towel over the top of pan and flip bread onto dish towel.
- 7 remove wax paper.
- 8 roll bread into the dish towel.
- 9 let cool.
- 10 combine filling ingredients together, and once bread is cooled, spread over entire bread.
- 11 roll together (without dish towel) and chill.
- 12 slice and eat!
