Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons shortening, melted or 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Recipe
- 1 sift dry ingredients.
- 2 combine milk, egg, and oil and add to stew (should have at least 3 cups of liquid -รข€“add boiling water if necessary).
- 3 place cover on pot and cook for 15 minutes without removing cover.
